FARMLEIGH TO HOST TEXACO CHILDREN’S ART EXHIBITION
DUBLIN, IRELAND 15 July 2008 - The Cowshed Theatre at Farmleigh in Dublin’s Phoenix Park is to be the venue in August for an exhibition of the 161 winning paintings from this year's 54th Texaco Children's Art Competition.
Beginning on Friday, 1 August, 2008 and continuing until Sunday 31 August, Farmleigh will be open to the public from Thursday to Sunday of each week and on August Bank Holiday Monday. The exhibition will be open on these days from 10am to 5pm.

- The Texaco Children’s Art Competition, which celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2004, is the longest running sponsorship in the history of arts sponsoring in Ireland. It began life in 1955 and since then it has enjoyed an unbroken history of success.
