64th Texaco Children's Art Competition Winners Announced

The closing date for this year's Competition has now passed and we would like to thank all of the young artists who entered and their parents or guardians, their teachers and their schools for their involvement and participation in the Competition.

The entry level has been very strong this year particularly in terms of the quality of artwork received.  Congratulations to all, but especially to our category winners whose details may be viewed here.  Their winning artworks are also displayed in the 2018 Art Gallery above.

We'd also like to congratulate the artists who recently received a Certificate of Commendation from our independent judging panel.  Their names may be viewed here alphabetically by surname.  Well done to all the recipients of this Award.

We are delighted to advise that the overall winner of this year's Competition - Hetty Lawlor - has been invited by the International Foundation for Arts and Culture (IFAC) to exhibit her winning artwork at the 19th International High School Arts Festival which will take place in the National Arts Center in Tokyo, Japan in August.  Well done Hetty, we hope you have an enjoyable and very memorable trip!
