63rd Texaco Children's Art Competition  Winners Announced

The closing date for this year's Competition has now passed and we would like to thank all of the young artists who entered and their parents or guardians, their teachers and their schools for their involvement and participation in the Competition.

The entry level has been very strong this year and the quality of the artwork that we received was as good as ever.  Congratulations to all, but particularly to each of our winners whose details may be viewed here. Their winning artworks are also displayed in the 2017 Art Gallery above.

We'd also like to congratulate the artists who recently received a Certificate of Commendation from our independent judging panel.  Their names may be viewed here alphabetically by surname. Well done to all the recipients of this Award.

We are delighted to advise that the overall winner of this year's Competition – Lucy Deegan -  has been invited by the International Foundation for Arts and Culture (IFAC) to exhibit her winning artwork at the 18th International High School Arts Festival which will take place in the National Arts Center in Tokyo, Japan in August.  She has also been personally invited to attend an Awards Ceremony which will take place at the Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo on 9th August 2017.  Well done Lucy, we hope you have an enjoyable and very memorable trip!
